If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesPosition will be located in Yorktown Heights NY or in Washington, DC with regular travel to Yorktown Heights, NYProvide intellectual property law support for IBM Research including emerging technologies like AI, quantum and cloud computing. This will include support for all patents, trade secrets and copyrights owned or to be developed by the team. It is critical to be both proactive and strategic in developing an intellectual property plan with Research clients to ensure maximum IP protections and freedom of action. Specifically, ensuring rapid development and protection of patents and trade secrets is a critical aspect of the role.This role will be based in Yorktown, NY.
