The Center for Observational & Real-World Evidence (CORE) team is recruiting for one (1) summer intern student for 2022 Summer. The intern student will work in the CORE Product Line (PL) -Vaccine team to support our Company’s product portfolio, focusing on Human papillomavirus infection (HPV). The intern will gain experience with real world data sources, epidemiologic and burden of disease indicators, health modeling, and developing real world evidence strategies to meet customer needs. Those seeking a career in epidemiology, health economics, health management, and policy are strongly encouraged to apply.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Candidates must be currently pursuing a PharmD, Masters', PhD, or DrPH in outcomes research, epidemiology, economics, pharmacy, medicine, health policy, or public health
  • Candidates must have two-year research experience.
  • Candidates must be legally allowed and available to work full-time for up to (12) weeks beginning in May or June of 2022
  • Candidates must have quantitative research and analytics experience, and knowledge of statistical and epidemiological techniques

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Candidates should have leadership skills with ability to work in high performance teams and/or matrix organization.
  • Candidates with scientific writing and/or manuscript authorship experience are preferred
  • Candidates should have proficiency in Excel, Word, Office 365 and PowerPoint applications
  • Candidates should have good written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
