The Omnichannel Program Integration Lead has a key responsibility for utilizing program management skills and knowledge to lead priority Omnichannel programs, working with omnichannel capabilities team to ensure successful program level management, tracking and risk mitigation to ensure delivery of the Omnichannel Roadmap.
Primary Job Tasks
Leads key omnichannel projects across the US, including the definition and execution of project scope, goals, and deliverables
Responsible for the E2E program management of the current omnichannel projects and managing the development of new programs and initiatives
Provides strategic guidance on optimal omnichannel engagement activities to drive growth based on specific brand needs
Drives launch plans for new capabilities and manages continuous improvements in the current US omnichannel program
Accelerates new omnichannel marketing capabilities through the leadership of a cross-functional effort to develop digital channel guidelines, templates, and other cross-brand standards
Partner with internal and external partners accountable for timely deliverables and integrations supporting our omnichannel roadmap
Remains engaged with internal and external stakeholders to assess the business need, identify opportunities, and implement and measure solutions
Program & Change Management
Roadmap Implementation Management: Partner with strategy & roadmap lead, and business units to manage implementation and execution of US Market roadmap, including managing overall status, risks, dependencies; provide regular updates to Business Units for alignment and feedback
Responsible for program management of priority omnichannel orchestration projects ongoing across the team, and managing program status dashboard for leadership
Advances and shares project-specific measurement plans, selecting KPIs and setting goals, targets and measurement milestones aligned to business and capability objectives
Deliver omnichannel projects leveraging Agile ways of working and utilize standard project/program management tools
Improve engagement and adoption of omnichannel programs through scaling, change management, and training activities
Evolves, promotes, and grows the company's omnichannel footprint and drives desired behavior change through the delivery of projects
Engage with impacted stakeholders and governance bodies to provide status updates of in-flight omnichannel programs; Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues
Assess, and evaluate program objectives, analytics, and lessons learned to enable program enhancements and tradeoff decisions

Education:
Bachelor's degree
Desired: Master's degree
Knowledge and Skills
7+ years of working knowledge in one or a combination of the following: Marketing/Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Media Strategy & Operations, Business Planning
Demonstrated program management and change management skills leading large initiatives
Leadership that serves to catalyze how Our Company engages differently with customers in impactful & compliant ways
Managing marketing operations teams; including employee engagement and their development
Demonstrated success in vendor management
Demonstrated success in advancing capabilities across organizational functions
Strong collaboration, organizational and communication skills
Leading diverse teams in a solid line and/or matrix environment
Financial and budget management skills
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
Agile / Scrum experience
