The Associate Director US Oncology Omnichannel Marketing Product Owner reports to the Director of the US Oncology Omnichannel Strategy & Operations Team.

The Associate Director US Oncology Omnichannel Marketing Product Owner will be responsible for working collaboratively with Oncology and US Market stakeholders to develop AI-driven omnichannel capabilities, e.g. Next Best Engagement (NBE) & N=1 Prioritization Algorithm, to deliver US Oncology preferred customer experiences and business needs. This role will also act as the liaison for all communications on NBE and Prioritization Algorithm capabilities for Oncology stakeholders to maintain alignment across different stakeholders and in partnership with Human Health Omnichannel Strategy & Capabilities team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and embed AI-driven omnichannel capabilities specific to oncology business needs, in partnership with Human Health Omnichannel Strategy & Capabilities team, Human Health Insights, Analytics and Data (HHIAD), Oncology Marketing, and Human Health stakeholders

  • Develop methodologies for cross tumor prioritization, and related business rule development, for omnichannel orchestration (Oncology Max Touchpoints and “N=1” customer prioritization)

  • Define customer segments unique to the Oncology business (i.e. Multi-Tumor-treater) and development functions within capabilities to deploy against unique customer needs

  • Ensure the US Market roadmap of operations and enhancements is aligned to Oncology marketing strategy/priorities and field strategies/capabilities for launched capabilities, like NBE & N=1

  • Responsible for defining US Oncology vision/roadmap for NBE launches and implementations and address scaling challenges across Oncology business, developing enhancements (i.e. model clustering and rolling launches) to address business scaling risks

  • Develop HCP level segmentation across US Oncology business opportunities and customer behaviors to inform portfolio strategy that can be executed through NBE, modular content etc.

  • Lead advocate/primary liaison for all communication on capabilities for Oncology stakeholders, ensure communications are aligned to overall BU communications priorities, opportunities, and field engagements

  • Responsible for ongoing change management activities related to omnichannel transformation in the Oncology BU, i.e. defining role-specific responsibilities to activate around omnichannel capabilities

  • Responsible for articulating the business value of Oncology stories to inform prioritization of backlog with the NBE core team

  • Responsible for reviewing monthly US Oncology NBE measurement report to ensure the engine is optimally delivering against priorities ingested by the engine (at the portfolio level)

Position Location:

  • Upper Gwynedd, PA with a hybrid work model (combination of in-office/work from home).

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree

  • Desired: Master's degree

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of marketing strategy, customer experience, and multi-channel marketing with an emphasis on Omnichannel digital strategy that optimizes overall customer experience to drive business results.

  • Understanding of US Healthcare Systems, including the nature of business interactions & dynamics between payers, regulators, physicians, and plan members

  • Proficient in working within collaborative, fast-paced environments, building and maintaining strong relationships, peer influence, building effective working relationships with colleagues, and delivering high-quality work

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical critical thinking, and planning skills

  • Demonstrated strength to function and influence others effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with frequently changing priorities

  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate complex concepts clearly and concisely to broad audiences.

  • Strong project management and execution skills, with experience working in agile environments


Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Associate Director Level of Marketing or equivalent from Agency/Consultancy

  • Oncology pharmaceutical marketing experience

  • Omnichannel marketing experience

  • Agile team experience
