Associate Director, Omnichannel Strategy
Job Description
Attention NJ Applicants: In April 2020, our Company announced plans to consolidate our New Jersey campuses into a single New Jersey headquarters location in Rahway, NJ by 2023. Therefore, the NJ work location for this role will be temporarily based and the exact timing of the departmental move to Rahway, NJ will be communicated at a future date.

The role
This role will join the Omnichannel Strategy and Customer Experience team with two areas of focus:
To help build and mature the Omnichannel and Digital Marketing capabilities within Human Health global markets
To help evolve our global consumer activation model and develop global omnichannel campaigns
The role will report to Director, Omnichannel Strategy
Primary responsibilities:
Your focus is on consumers and delivering on their needs based on insights and their Digitial behaviors
Involvement in Global franchise planning, implementation, and execution of omnichannel strategies and tactics acting as Product Owner with cross functional team support
Work within cross-functional teams with different disciplines and subject matter experts to develop objectives, plans, and organize the team’s backlog
Manage diverse stakeholders across global, regions, and markets with coordination responsibilities to ensure tightly networked and aligned teams to the business objectives
Partner with our research, franchise, and market leads teams to understand consumer barriers, frictions, and cultural nuances
Work closely with CX and CI to develop personas, and partner with the content teams to build persona-driven content strategies for branded and unbranded campaigns that deliver high quality, compliant and re-usable content
Develop persona journeys to ensure that campaigns include relevant channels to the right audiences at right time and in right context
Inform creative, media, and channel plan incorporating a mix of physical and digital channels
Use of internal and external optimization tools to continuously improve performance
Communicate & inform structures/frameworks to support Omnichannel planning and
Implementation:
Responsible for agency engagement to develop creative and media strategy and overall execution plan
Work closely with the customer experience planning team to incorporate evolving methodologies and tools to listen and address customer needs
Partner with Omnichannel Strategy teams to design scalable approaches to omnichannel marketing and contribute to further maturing our omnichannel capabilities across our key markets
Your skills:
Experience in brand and digital marketing (5+ years preferred) including customer experience design, content strategy, and channel strategy to meet customers and business goals
Possess a test-and-learn mentality and equipped with the right knowledge of methodologies, tools, and approaches to build this into our daily work
Results-driven and focused both on meeting the needs of customers and the business – with evidence of past performance
Depth of experience in engaging different audiences at different stages of the product launch process from Policy and Access to healthcare professionals and patients and audience interconnections within the healthcare ecosystem
Adept at execution and measurement of end-to-end campaigns to support continuous improvement of global and local omnichannel campaigns and programs
Experience in content creation/adaptation for specific channels with creative agencies
Strong practitioner knowledge of digital channels to help teams optimize usage in execution phase across paid, owned and earned channels
Experience launching and sustaining global and local product launches and understand the dynamics within a networked global, regional and local organization
Experience in performance marketing, analysis, and optimization of omnichannel programs
Understand roles of different media in meeting commercial objectives and customer needs, and proficiency and experience in owned web and mobile platforms, SEM, email marketing, social media, and dynamic creative optimization in digital advertising
Ability to analyze data (e.g. practical use of Google Analytics) and understand how to use analytics tools and dashboards to make decisions around optimizing performance
Solid project management experience and, ability to plan and operationalize based on clear roadmaps and, agreed milestones
Technology and data-savvy. Ability to collaborate skillfully with IT, data & analytics and marketing technologists to set the foundations and innovate for omnichannel success (including CRM knowledge and experience – Veeva and / or Salesforce and SF Marketing Cloud)

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
