Associate Director – NBX Market Deployment and Optimization (Remote) (Hybrid)
The Associate Director will be part of the Commercial Analytics and Solutions group and will be responsible for contributing to the development of a Next Best Experience (NBX) deployment and execution playbook for some of the Human Health (HH) markets, including feasibility assessment, approach for data, systems, ways of working, and governance.
More specifically, the Associate Director will manage and oversee the customization of the NBX AI/ML engine for some of the HH markets; work cross-functionally to support continuing operations, future development and scaling of the NBX capability; and measure and assess the impact of the program.
Strong communication and leadership skills are critical in order to develop, propose and convey technical concepts to business customers and HH executives.
Demonstrated business acumen of the various Health Care units such as Oncology, Vaccine, Chronic Care & Specialty markets.
Demonstrated skills in developing concise and decision driven presentations that will inform decisions made by Senior Leaders.
The candidate must also have client and project management experience, having to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously and foster collaboration with colleagues.
Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operation Research or Computer Science (Master’s degree).
Working knowledge of SAS, R, Python, Excel and other analytical tools.
The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in developing and applying predictive analytics solutions to solve similar business challenges in the Health Care or Pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated expertise with Health Care and Pharmaceutical industry data sources, such as IMS Xponent, DDD, HCOS, and patient claims data is necessary.
