Position Description:

  • Lead the access development input of oncology pan tumor initiatives for the oncology portfolio with cross functional input

  • Support Access Directors in the implementation of Global Market Access Strategies for lifecycle management indications for future Oncology brands.

  • In collaboration with Market Research, manage the payer landscape/pricing research portfolio of activities.

  • Lead Annual Profit Planning, one plan process for Global Oncology Market Access Pricing Teams Pan tumor activities including the team operational budgeting.

  • In collaboration with Project Managers, manage operations for Payer Value Tool development, ensuring quality and deadline adherence.

  • Monitor Global Oncology market access/pricing/reimbursement trends including any policy initiatives to reshape existing market access/pricing/reimbursement constructs.

  • Support Access Directors in the coordination and development of Affordability solutions for future Oncology brands

  • Support Access Directors in providing strategic input into country launch sequencing and LCM

  • Support the development androle out of prioritization planning tools from a market access perspective.

  • Support Access Directors in providing strategic market access input and support for regional and local market access teams.

  • Manage the Reimbursement Tracker and ensure latest reimbursement statuses are up to date.

  • Lead Planning, Implementation, and Execution of Global Oncology Market Access/Pricing/Reimbursement global and regional meetings and workshops

Position Location: Rahway, NJ (Hybrid work model is combination of in-office and work from home ability US based)

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)

  • MBA preferred

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in market access, marketing, market research, pricing/reimbursement, outcomes research or managed markets

  • Experience successfully leading cross functional matrix teams

  • Proven success working within large and complex strategic initiatives

  • Strong project management and implementation/operational skills

  • Knowledgeable about product development and commercialization process

  • Understanding of the payer environment and perspectives preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong commercial orientation and business acumen

  • Strategic thinking and integration skills

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Oncology Experience

Expected salary range:

$130,960.00 - $206,200.00
