2024 US Medical Affairs Oncology Intern

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities within our Research Labs can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

Our US Medical Affairs – Oncology team is currently recruiting interns for the summer 2024 internship program. We currently have openings within several teams within the USMA – Oncology team and are seeking top early talent to help us Invent For Life. These opportunities are designed to give interns insight and experience in the oncology platform withing a global biopharmaceutical company. Internship assignments are project-driven and will typically include one or more deliverables.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in a minimum of a bachelor’s degree program

  • Candidates must be available to work full-time for up to (12) weeks beginning on 3JUN2024

  • Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills

  • Candidates must be able to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment

  • Candidates must have critical thinking, analytical, budgeting, decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Candidates must have ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization

  • Candidates must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Teams)

  • Candidates must have business and market knowledge, including quality management

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Candidates should have Science/technology and project management skills

  • Candidates should have good communication and ability to prioritize

  • Candidates should be a great team player

  • Candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Candidates should have prior clinical research/pharmaceutical industry experience

Our Medical Affairs team advances patient care by engaging in scientific exchange with external medical experts and industry professionals ensuring the scientific value of our products is realized. We engage and train internal employees to ensure that they thoroughly comprehend the science behind the medicine and review further unmet medical needs to bolster collaboration and further differentiate our portfolio.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00 - $105,500.00
