Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our US Company team, who is passionate about women’s health and has a natural curiosity about what makes people behave, think and feel the way they do. As part of the US Commercial Analytics and Insights team, collaboration across our team and the ability to learn quickly about different customers and therapeutic areas will help us all achieve the vision of Creating a Better and Healthier Every day for Every Woman.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and communicate insights from multiple sources that drive business action and understanding, including custom research, syndicated data, and analytics in collaboration with your analytics and research colleagues.

  • Present research findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

  • Identifying key business issues and shape a learning plan across sources including market research, analytics and syndicated sources.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and design research projects that address critical business questions.

  • Align stakeholders around common objectives.

  • Collaborate with advanced analytics and primary market research colleagues in the team to ensure seamless integration of primary and secondary research insights for a holistic understanding of the market landscape.

  • Leverage syndicated data sources to provide accurate and timely market intelligence for US commercial teams and proactively identify trends and insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Manage all aspects of primary market research, including supplier management, and search and develop relationships to stay on top of the latest approaches and designs.

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to develop actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide ongoing market intelligence and strategic insights.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with syndicated data.

  • providers, industry experts, and other external sources to ensure access to the latest market information.

  • Ensure that research undertaken can lead to business action. Engage stakeholders in discussion of recommendations and appropriate actions, often following a more complex set of results with a session to ideate actions coming out of the results.

  • Work collaboratively within your team and across teams and functions while maintaining the ability to “speak the truth.”

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Required: BA/BS in Marketing, Marketing Research, Psychology, Data Science or Related Field.

  • Preferred: Master's in Business, Marketing Research, or Related Field MBA/MA/MS/MMR.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities while also knowing when to raise a hand and ask for input or help.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of analytics and syndicated data experience and using it to provide business insights. Market research experience a plus.

  • Knowledge/understanding of the US healthcare environment and the ability to learn quickly about different therapy areas.

  • Orientation toward collaboration/teamwork, ability to lead teams in execution of Market Research and interest in ongoing learning and development.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Experience Skills:

  • Experience with Health Care Consumer and Health Care Practitioner research
