The Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Principal Scientist to lead an exploratory drug discovery biology team within NIBR La Jolla’s Regenerative Medicine research group. As part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you will establish and lead novel projects for regenerative strategies in neuroscience. This exciting role will interface with experts throughout the company in regenerative biology. We are dedicated to innovating the next generation of regenerative therapies.<br><br>Your responsibilities:<br>· Formulate and lead novel neuroscience projects in Regenerative Medicine<br>· Develop comprehensive understanding of disease pathophysiology and key regenerative processes by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and platforms<br>· Foster collaborative interactions with colleagues in fundamental biology, assay development, phenotypic screening, engineering, data science, gene therapy and translational research<br>· You will manage a team of associates with relevant, diverse expertise, as well as interact with peer teams<br><br>[#video#https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggbnzRY9z8w&t=3s{#400,300#}#/video#]
