Job Description
The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research & Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
As a Regulatory Requirements Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in improving the system that stores and manages our regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, gather requirements, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. This role presents a hands-on opportunity to interact with users, gather insights, and create meaningful reports to support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
User Interviews and Needs Assessment:
Conduct interviews with select user groups to understand their current usage of the regulatory requirements system.
Gather feedback on pain points, challenges, and potential improvements.
Collaborate with team members to analyze user insights and propose system enhancements.
Reporting Solution Evolution:
Collaborate with user groups to define and document their reporting needs and requirements.
Leverage business intelligence tools to design and develop customized reports and dashboards.
Ensure that reports are user-friendly, insightful, and aligned with business goals.
Data Analysis and Visualization:
Work with raw data from the regulatory system and other relevant sources.
Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Visualize data in a clear and impactful manner using charts, graphs, and other visualization tools.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with IT, regulatory, and business teams to ensure alignment of reporting solutions with user needs.
Communicate findings, insights, and progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Education and Experience:
Candidates must be pursuing a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a science or computer science related field
Candidates must have completed at least two years of studies toward BS/BA degree or at least 1 year towards master’s/PhD by June of 2024
Candidates must be available to work full-time for up to (12) weeks during the months of June - August 2024
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Candidates should have an interest in innovation, technology and information management
Candidates should have good oral and written communication skills
Candidates should have a good attention to detail
Candidates should be able to function with a high level of autonomy
Candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$39,600.00 - $105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
