Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research & Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

As a Data Quality and Reporting Intern in Submission Planning and Requirements Management, you will play a pivotal role in improving the quality of Submission Planning data and our reporting capabilities. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to engage cross-functionally to interact with key stakeholders to develop meaningful reports, providing key insights and supporting organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with user groups to define and document reporting needs and requirements

  • Leverage business intelligence tools to design/develop customized reports and dashboards

  • Ensure that reports are user-friendly, insightful, and aligned with business goals

Required Education and Experience

  • Candidates must have some experience using Microsoft Power BI. Familiarity with other enterprise reporting tools is a plus.

  • Candidates must be pursuing a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a science or computer science field

  • Candidates must have completed at least two years towards a BA/BS by June 2024

  • Candidates must be available to work full time for up to 12 weeks during the months of Jun-Aug 2024

Preferred experience/skills

  • Interest in innovation, technology, and information management

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Attention to details GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Ability to function with a high level of autonomy

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00-$105,500.00
