The AMO Division of the Airborne Solutions Organization has an immediate opening in our Dayton, OH location for a Spectral Exploitation Software Developer. The contractor will support event detection/identify events and help correlate them with what is causing them. They will also take OPIR software (Pallette) and extend it to other data types. The position is full-time at NASIC and requires a TS/SCI (with poly).
Primary Responsibilities
Take OPIR software (Pallette) and extend it to other data types.
Developing in JavaScript
Work with a team of engineers and scientists to develop event detection software solutions
Using software to help correlate the events with what is causing them
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with eight (8) years of experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing web applications
Minimum of two (2) years of experience with C++
Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Python
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with QT Builder knowledge
Prior OPIR experience
Previous Pallette experience
