SharePoint Developer
Job Summary
Amentum is seeking a determined and team-oriented SharePoint developer to design new solutions to support the business processes of the US Navy and Marine Corps. The successful candidate will work closely with our customers who are responsible for developing and fielding new cutting edge wireless technologies. This position will encompass learning from the process owners and to capture their requirements and translating them into effective working solutions whose end state will support the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps operations globally.
We are looking for a SharePoint Developer to:
Coordinate requirements gathering,
Provide analysis, design/development, and ongoing maintenance for Navy internal SharePoint sites,
Participate in working groups, attend corporate and Navy SharePoint user group meetings,
Design, develop, and test applications, workflows and notifications using SharePoint O365, Power Apps, and Power Automate,
Managing permissions and access requests,
Develop end-user training and user manuals, and
Provide software engineering expertise for enterprise-led technical refreshes and migrations.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from an accredited university or college
5+ years of job-related experience
Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; and ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Due to the nature of the work, must be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications
Active Secret clearance
Experience with SharePoint Online (O365) including Teams, Power Automate platform (PowerApps, Microsoft Flow.Platform) and Planner
Experience with migrating to the O365/SharePoint Online Environment
Hands-on experience with SPFx Framework (customizing modern pages)
