Support our agile development process with sufficient documentation, willingness to accept change, a customer focus, constant communication, and above all, technical excellence.**Detailed Description**+ Lead the UI development effort for projects.+ Analyze software requirements and solutions.+ Collaborate with the project team to refine functional specs.+ Create technical designs and robust code to follow UX designs and functional specs.+ Adhere to best practices and security requirements. Contribute to these standards whenever possible.+ Be an active participant on project teams and on the UI team, contributing your best ideas and efforts.+ Be a UI technology subject matter expert, actively sharing knowledge and techniques.**Job Requirements**Work is non-routine and very complex. This position requires advanced technical skills and a high level of professionalism.Specific required skills include:+ Computer science or related degree, or equivalent experience.+ 5 years of experience developing web applications.+ Comprehensive knowledge and experience with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JSON, MVC frameworks, browser debugging.+ Understanding of web application security, accessibility, front-end performance, differences in platform/browser script execution and rendering.+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures.
