"**Applications Developer 3****Preferred Qualifications**Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit (CEGBU) looking for a hands on, passionate Full Stack Application Developer to work on ground breaking initiatives in areas of Analytics and Machine Learing aroundplanning, executing, and managing projects for some of the largest organizations in the world. Candidate will work in a fast paced, collaborative environment in a scrum environment. Candidate should have previous experience developing visualizations built on large data sets using d3, java script, css, html anddeveloped applications using Java. Creating visualizations using BI tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence (DV, OAS, OAC, Analysis) a bonus.Candidate should have Oracle DB knowledge and strong background with PLSQL and writing DB packages, ETL experiance and experience with Spark or Oracle Data Integrator a bonus.Strong technical writing and verbal communication and can work closely with the engineering and product management teams to solve complex problems.Technical Skills:2- 5 yrs of hands on software development experienceUIBackend - Java, Java script, d3, html, cssData Experience - Oracle DB, SQL, PLSQL, ETL**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.
