These applications and solutions are critical to Oracle as they are used to enable the rapidly growing and evolving Cloud line of business.**Essential Functions:**+ Design and develop applications using Java, JPA, Spring boot, JavaScript, HTML, CSS+ Work with other junior developers in providing technical guidance and performing code reviews+ Research new frameworks, technologies and recommend for adoption+ Implement complex cross functional solutions that are high performing and with excellent quality**Desired Industry Experience:**+ Overall experience of at least 5 to 8 years in enterprise application development using Java, hibernate, JUnit, JPA, Spring, maven, git+ Experience with Microservices architecture is a plus+ Proven experience in test driven development+ Familiarity with relational databases like Oracle, MySQL+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision**Education and Certification:**The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in computer science or related field.**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
