Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ops support for DataPower flows
  • Understand the existing functionality and providing troubleshoot activities for DataPower flows
  • Design, modify, develop, write and implement DataPower flows
  • Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, and skilled in Agile development methodologies, including unit testing and continuous integration
  • Working on an Agile team, participating in Scrum ceremonies and working as a team to fix bugs and work on new features for applications
  • Influences the team designs and solutions. Mentors software engineers through code reviews, and hands on design sessions
  • Integration of common authentication patterns, OAUTH, MTLS, JWT
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile environment
  • Good knowledge in SOAP and REST API implementations
  • Familiar with HTTP and REST API best practices
  • Proficient in IBM DataPower XI 52
  • Proficient in writing transformation logic using XSLT and Gateway script
  • Proficient in Java/J2EE
  • CI/CD leveraging GitHub/Docker/Jenkins
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks

Preferred Qualification:

  • Knowledge on API implementation
