TCAD Engineer

Your Role and Responsibilities
– CMOS device physics, advanced logic device architecture design
– Familiar with process flow and device interaction for advanced nodes
– Familiar with CMOS device test and characterization methodology
– Deep knowledge and hands on experience with state of art TCAD simulation and process emulation
– Define and execute DOE (Design of Experiment)
– Excellent communication and collaboration skill. Expect to work closely with cross functional teams.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1) Semiconductor device physics, design, characterization 4 years
2) TCAD tool experience 4 years
3) Model development experience 4 years
4) Strong communication and collaboration skill
5) Ability to find root cause and solve issue independently
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1) Device analysis and data mining experience
2) Coding skills in JMP/Python/C++/Java
3) Device fabrication/process experience
4) Project Planning
5) Major in electrical engineering, physics, and materials science

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
