Eaton’s Industrial Controls Division (ICD) is currently seeking a ReSurge Program: Lead Firmware Engineer ICD. Are you looking to change industries or functions from your previous experience? What you’ll do:

Lead Firmware Engineer – ICD description :

The Lead Firmware Engineer – ICD works with sales and customers to determine customer needs related to creation of software offerings. The individual will be responsible for researching competitive offerings and pricing models to help make recommendations for Eaton offerings. In addition, the role will be responsible for building and creating sales training content

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering or related field

• 3+ years knowledge and practical experience in all software development lifecycle phases.

• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession

• Experience and knowledge of embedded real time multi-tasking operating systems.

• Experience working with C/C+• Previous experience with or knowledge of industrial control systems and products

• Up to 10% travel may be required
