"**Integration Support Engineer****Preferred Qualifications**As a member of Oracles Construction & Engineering GBU product development organization, you will be supporting the Textura Payment Management (TPM) application. Our application facilitates billions of dollars of B2B transactions every month. You will join a fast paced and growing team to build and support the best solutions available for the construction industry. We are not looking for "N years of experience with technology X". Instead we're looking for people with excellent problem solving skills, great attitude and a drive to learn and improve.The TPM Integration team designs, develops and supports the integration systems that connect hundreds of customers to the TPM cloud application. In this role you will support Tier-2 escalations by investigating, analyzing and resolving integration issues. You will work with multiple teams to gather requirements, participate in troubleshooting sessions, propose, test and document solutions. In addition, you will support daily operations, including proactive monitoring, trend analysis, dashboard/report creation and configuration management.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Provide Tier-2 incident support and triage of production issues+ Identify possible production failure scenarios, create enhancements/problem tickets and communicate effectively with other groups+ Analyze and profile integration issues to develop a trend analysis+ Identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities+ Proactively monitor application health, customer integration jobs and API requests+ Proactively monitor integration with external partners and 3 rd party systems+ Manage system rules, configurations and settings+ Quickly respond to system alerts+ Build/configure system monitors and dashboards+ Create ad hoc reports for internal and external users+ Develop and support internal operational tools+ Adhere to and enhance administrative, operational and technical policies and procedures**Qualifications & Skills:**+ Bachelors degree or equivalent (technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Information Services is preferred)+ At least 2-4 years of experience in either development or production support+ Strong SQL skills+ Knowledge of Unix shell scripting+ ITIL certification is preferred+ Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills+ Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform detailed design based on provided high level design specifications. Assist in system planning, scheduling and implementation. Build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs. Build and execute unit test and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Interact with QA and porting engineering about problems in the code.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.
