The candidate should be self-directed and have deep experience and knowledge of software design, coding, and testing methodologies.**Responsibilities:**+ Architect, design, create, and maintain the full stack (front end and back end) of a customer-facing cloud-native application.+ Help create and review system and software requirements.+ Help foster good software engineering practices.+ Follow relevant company procedures and help create and maintain relevant documentation.+ Actively participate in all aspects of the software engineering process.+ Prepare test cases to perform verification and validation of software.**Qualifications**+ 6 years experience developing in Java+ Some experience developing web applications using HTML, jQuery, XML, JSON, JavaScript, CSS+ Experience working on Cloud-based solutions with modern cloud technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, MicroServices+ Experience with Agile Methodologies**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
