We have an opportunity for a Data & Analytics Developer to join the ERA (Enterprise Reporting & Analytics) team and work with our All Payer Claims Data.
We’re an ambitious reporting & analytics team that works to solve complex business scenarios and are looking for another innovative developer to join us. You will meet directly with clients to assess and interpret their reporting needs. You will identify and design reporting solutions based on their requirements. You will use various data query and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) to access multiple data sources and design insightful products for our business partners. You will work with various teams, each with unique backgrounds and perspectives, to develop solutions. You will obtain expertise with physical health based claim data and will serve as a consulting resource for our clients and internal partners.

- Analyze client requirements and complex business scenarios
- Design innovative, analytical, and fully automated reports and solutions
- Execute on key projects and deliverables
- Implement large data set validation methodologies to ensure data integrity
- Identify opportunities for improvements, simplifications, and risk reduction in business processes
- Provide business consulting to teammates, leaders, and clients

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent working experience
- 1+ years Alteryx development experience
- 1+ years SQL coding experience
- 1+ years Tableau data visualization development experience
- Microsoft Office suite experience (proficient in Excel)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
- Agile and scrum experience
- Health care or insurance background, specifically with claims and provider data
- Intermediate level of database structures & design

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
