Description

Job Description:Leidos has an opening for a Resource Analyst to support our customer's mission in Reston VA. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s (ODNI) Preparedness & Mission Resilience (PMR) office provides oversight, coordination, documentation, and governance of the IC and ODNI's Continuity and Emergency Management Programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative and resource management tasks that allow PMR to establish and maintain interagency agreements that facilitate continuity and exercise program execution.

  • Document financial commitments, obligations, and expenses in accordance with ODNI requirements.

  • Record interagency agreements to assist with facilitating Economy Act and other financial transactions.

  • Maintain resource management documentation to ensure compliance with audit requirements including researching and resolving unliquidated obligations and undelivered orders.

  • Provide resource advice to PMR regarding best options relative to funding and unfunded requests, or alternative funding strategies if budgetary requirements are not met. Recommend budgetary goals to PMR and execute those goals.

Basic Qualifications

Knowledge of the following:

  • BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Research, Data analytics, Mathematics or related field. The government will waive the Bachelor's degree requirement if the candidate has a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in performance management, budget formulation, and execution processes for IC programs, a defense agency or military services, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Mathematics or related field.

  • Successfully applying analytic skills, diagnostic skills, and qualified techniques to the mission requirements;

  • Conducting independent research;

  • Filtering and synthesizing data and producing clean, logical, concise products;

  • Conducting independent analysis with minimal government supervision and presenting results to government management in either written and/or oral format;

  • Familiarity working with Basis Contract Requests (BCRs) for funding approvals

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $111,000.00 - $149,850.00
