This is an exciting time to contribute to a mission-critical program with lasting impactful results. Leidos is currently looking to add an experienced Signals Analyst to a growing task. The Signals Analyst will work closely with the software development, systems engineering, and test team to provide signals analysis and subject matter expertise as the team refines and builds applications to enable mission. The candidate should have experience with various enterprise tools. Day to day activities include working with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements, provide insight in application design, test developed applications and provide feedback, and work with other SMEs.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Experience in the capture and refinement of system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development priorities.
- Experience performing user and group training as well as assisting in the development of training materials.
- Experience leading outreach activities to grow the product user community.
- Experience in the development and execution of requirements, test plans and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to the user community.
- Experience with legacy TechSIGINT applications, particularly those for ELINT analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

The Sr. Signals Analyst shall have at least fifteen (15) years of Signals Analyst experience in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science fields may be substituted for four years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge and experience with ELINT data analysis, EWIRDB, and RTM

- Experience working on an Agile development team
