The selected candidate’s responsibilities may include:

  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to lead to better alignment and faster delivery
  • Provide holistic project/program monitoring, controls, team integration, change integration, dependency management, and corrective action as needed supporting the digital capability objectives of IT. Ensure the application of Project Management best practices and company SDLC standards in managing the project as appropriate. Continuously improve our adoption and maturity of best practices across IT.
  • Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned projects.
  • Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure the achievement of performance goals.
  • Monitor and control the schedule and financial health of their assigned projects and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Proactively remove obstacles to drive the assigned project’s momentum and progress. Engage and energize the project teams.
  • Co-lead setup of project management and governance structures in collaboration with Product Managers and Technical leads
  • Apply governance and risk frameworks knowledge to ensure IT compliance requirements are thoroughly and consistently met.
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of IT General Controls and experience designing, assessing, and implementing controls.
  • Review control evidence and report on the health and effectiveness of our key IT General Controls and processes.
  • Manage General Computer Controls in support of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.

  • Skilled in stakeholder management and collaborative decision-making and has the ability to bring a variety of strong views and perspectives to achieve objectives. ​
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC methodologies and various implementation approaches including waterfall and Agile.
  • Familiarity with compliance process improvement/frameworks such as the Capability Maturity Model (CMMI), Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT), Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and International Organization for Standardization 27001 (ISO-27001).
  • Knowledge of U.S. and International regulations and laws governing the pharmaceutical industry; GMPs, GLPs, GCPs, GAMP, Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures, and other applicable health authority regulations.
  • Ability to lead and influence without direct authority, managing stakeholder expectations at all levels in a matrixed global organization.
  • PMP certification, ServiceNow experience, and familiarity with accounting principles are a plus.
