Job Description

We are recruiting a candidate based in Lisbon with an HR background and an interest in and experience with IT systems. Alternatively, this position would also be a good fit for an IT specialist with knowledge and experience of HR systems. We are looking for a:

HR Technology Total Rewards Analyst & Project Coordinator

This position can be executed in a remote/ hybrid mode based in Lisbon.

Purpose of the role

You act as an experienced IT delivery coordinator and business/technical analyst for our HR Total Rewards Product Line. In this role you will play a vital role in driving the success of our product and sustainment initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to coordinate and project manage activities.

Main responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and end-users to understand project or sprint scope.
  • Participate in the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria based on customer value, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Provide technical and business analysis support including requirements development, solution design, test planning and execution, production roll out and sustainment activities.
  • Coordinate delivery activities for the Total Rewards Product Line with an agile mindset, promoting continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Business/Technical Analyst supporting the HR Compensation and Benefits area or similar.
  • Experience managing solution delivery across functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with product management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Understanding of HR operations, HRIS, change & release management, and experience with HR data.
  • Ability to influence and communicate clearly and succinctly with Leadership on complex technical topics.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment.
  • A team-oriented style and a collaborative approach to getting work done.

Preferred

  • Understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Certification in Agile frameworks (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
  • PMP Certification
  • Experiencing supporting other HR functional areas (e.g., Talent, Payroll, etc.).
