Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Inventory Control Analyst.

This role is based in our Greenwood, SC facility.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $52499.97 - $76999.96 a year.

As an Inventory Control Analyst, you will be an integral member of our Supply Chain Team with responsibility for driving processes related to inventory accuracy.

In this role, you will:

• Identifying inventory losses, overages, and shortages documenting and evaluating inventory reports and drawing conclusions to improve inventory systems.

• Help develop and manage robust cycle counting program including root cause analysis.

• Play an important role during annual Physical Inventory.

• Assist in maintaining an atmosphere of continuous improvement and team efforts for accomplishing department and plant goals.

• Assist in providing necessary training and resources for employees on how to conduct cycle counts or root cause analysis.

• Support / cross train coordination 3rd party warehousing, consignment, and other offsite scheduling as needed.

• Perform ad-Hoc analysis and projects as assigned.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.

• Two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in supply chain in inventory management or similar role.

• Must be eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. Only candidates that reside within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood, SC will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient experience with SAP.

• Prior warehouse / inventory experience.

• Experience in Physical Inventory planning, preparation, execution.

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree from an accredited institution.
