The expected annual salary range for this role is $120075.03 - $176110.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, reporting to the HR Director. You will provide strategic leadership across various global departments including Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, and Corporate Development & Planning. Your role will be crucial in supporting US leaders and ensuring the execution of work aligns with our global value chains.

You will consult with the HR Director and partner with regional HR to conduct organizational assessments and designs, capability building, talent reviews, competitive compensation programs, and change management initiatives.

Your responsibilities will also include executing global organization and talent management strategies that resonate with our corporate finance strategic plans by championing organizational change to align human capital plans with Corporate Finance’s strategic goals.

By supplying coaching to senior leaders and acting as a role model for Eaton’s Leadership Attributes and Aspirational Goals, you will build organizational capability to meet current and future business needs. To work towards this, you will use data from the Organizational Capability Assessment to address functional talent development, including succession planning, talent acquisition, organization design, diversity, and retention.

Additionally, you will support executive and non-executive level Employee Relations activities, collaborate with HR functions/HR COEs on broader enterprise solutions, drive standard HR deployments, facilitate new HR program deployments, and support key projects for your client groups.

What will make you successful?

The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives, global experience, function transformation work, organizational change management experience, and the ability to coach and advise senior leaders. Leadership experience in Organization Development, Compensation, Talent Assessment, and Employment Law is also essential.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or within the future.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with corporate functions or with functional transformation work.

• Experience with Data Analytic tools, such as Power BI and advance excel skills.
