"**Business Development Representative****Preferred Qualifications****Preferred Qualifications:**The Oracle Advertising & Marketing Cloud (OACX) is looking for a Partner Manager that will be responsible for managing and growing our business across OACXs marquee TV accounts. This persons mission is to drive adoption, revenue and visibility across some of the fastest-growing TV and Video platforms in the ad industry.As a Partner Manager on the TV Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with the platforms at a senior level and be seen as their advisor for data activation. You will develop a deep understanding of the Oracle Advertising product suite, our partner's role in the TV ecosystem, and ways we can work together. You'll have a book of platform accounts, quarterly adoption targets and own the deployment roadmap - you'll be responsible and accountable for all things related to those platforms.**What Will You Do?**+ **Platform Contracting** - You will work across our internal teams (BizOps, Deal Desk, Legal, Product, etc) to grow OACXs footprint in the CTV and addressable space, while recognizing all teams have different immediate priorities and incentives. You'll also oversee holistic contracting with platforms for OACX and help provide advice to the commercials.+ **Platform Deployments** - Once terms are in place, the partnership has only just begun. Platform deployment will involve coordination with our cross-functional teams within commercial, product, GTM and integration teams. You will lead periodic business reviews with our platform partners & develop educational content, trainings, & demos for both internal teams and external clients.+ **Platform Development** - In addition to data enabled integrations, we're focused on building net-new integrations with the top addressable and CTV players. You'll work to identify, contract, and integrate with emerging platforms. You'll be an external champion and internal advocate for new opportunities.**Your Qualifications** :+ Have at least 8 years of experience in TV-related technologies specifically strong knowledge of programmatic buying, online video, and/or TV advertising+ Excellent project management skills - must be able to track work streams across various stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.+ Strong communication skills both internally and externally at the executive level - you'll own key ODC relationships.+ Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, only coaching and mentorship. Personality: smart, ethical, friendly, humble and proactive.**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues. Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle.A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product* s sales opportunities. Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners. Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle's sales of product. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle's products to leverage large revenue opportunities. Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close.Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 12 years of progressively increased responsibilities in sales or sales management. Marketing and business development experience preferred. Proven track record in managing multiple opportunities and ability to negotiate and close complex deals. Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to Travel as needed.
