Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. May develop sales quote tools.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. You will need to work and collaborate with divisional stakeholder teams to represent North Americas systems and reporting requirements and facilitate global consistency and alignment.*As a Systems Enablement Business Analysts, you will be responsible for:** Developing an in-depth understanding of Oracles Customer Success business processes, systems, reporting, and service delivery methodologies.* Developing an in-depth understanding of system data structures and idiosyncrasies required to drive trustworthy business analytics.* Partnering with leadership, subject matter experts, and field practitioners to develop detailed and comprehensive system and reporting requirements surrounding operational and service delivery processes.* Turning complex data structures into insightful and actionable data visualizations.* Planning and hosting system and reporting requirement analysis workshops.* Validating system and reporting solution designs and visualizations with leadership and end users.* Performing continuous monitoring of program activities to identify areas of opportunity for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency.* Understandcustomer success practitioner problems, needs, and be their advocate within the company.* Participate in the creation, management, prioritization and communication of a strategic systems direction and roadmap.* Collaborate with user experience and interaction designers and engineering to transform ideas into functional software.* Monitor progress during system development lifecycle.
