This team is chartered with leading initiatives targeted to improve organizational efficiency and increase ROI. This support includes, but is not limited to business analysis, defining and/or managing initiatives, reporting to key stakeholders and team leads on progress of the initiatives, supporting enablement strategies on process/procedure changes, tracking KPIs to measure success of the initiatives. The Consulting Staff Senior will interact will all levels of organization members and have responsibility for coordinating cross-functionally to ensure success of the initiatives. This role offers a wide exposure to all aspects and areas of the growing cloud business.*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Carry out initiatives as assigned by team leads and/or executive management* Define scope of initiatives using data and/or inputs from resources across the organization* Perform data analytics and trend analysis utilizing tools such as excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, and functions) and presenting it graphically to highlight the 'story' behind the data, i.e. key points* Coordinate with key stakeholders & SMEs to obtain requirements to support initiative solution design* Create presentations for all levels of the organization, when required, to support some of the following as examples: informational sessions, debriefs, status reporting, fiscal year target outbriefs* Liaise and support collaboration between the Customer Success Business Partner, Process Efficiency teams, Customer Success, Sales, Business/Consulting Operations and Finance* Track progress and metrics for initiatives for which you are responsible* Utilize principles such as creative thought process, critical thinking, problem-solving/decision making to aid in solution design and issue resolution* Create project schedules and detailed task plans for each of your initiatives* Proactively identify risk and create risk mitigations associated with your initiatives* Support development of key data reports for Executive Leadership and team leads for initiatives for which you are responsible* Build proactive, positive relationships with peers, managers, Executive Leaders, Customer Success teams, including Sales, Delivery and Operations teams* Help manage and recommend improvements for internal team processes* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment*EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:** 3-6 years of Professional Services Consulting or Operations experience* Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred* Be a self-starter, highly analytical with sound decision making skills* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is critical* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required* Be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work environment* Have an ability to operate independently with limited direction/supervision* Knowledge of NetSuite required* Advanced MS Office skills required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook at a minimum)* Presentation development in Power Point, including graphics, and comfort with presenting to all levels of stakeholders up to Executive Level* Simple to complex data analysis using excel pivots and functions/At Oracle, we dont just value differenceswe celebrate them.
