No candidates requiring visa sponsorship will be considered.****Job Description:**+ Be part of the Payments Product/ Hub or Engine Implementation / Enhancements+ Handling implementation of Change requests or new functionality with writing User stories, Functional Requirements, Interfaces documents, Test Scenarios etc.+ Work with Senior / Lead Business Analysts in discussions with business and IT teams+ Work in conjunction with onshore-offshore team model for various incidents, problems and changes+ Work with project leads to help them interpret and understand the business and functional requirements, interfaces requirements and test requirements respectively+ Test requirements cover functional end to end testing, SIT and UAT Scenarios+ Should be able to perform analysis of source systems and extract the relevant information into use cases that will be required for field mapping and interfacing**Job Specifications:**+ 10-12 years of experience in the Payments Domain in Banking IT Projects+ Good depth of knowledge in Payments domain i.e. End to End processing flows of Cross Border Funds Transfer, Domestic Funds transfer, Real time Payments+ Transaction Processing from Origination till Settlement+ Resolving STP barriers like fixing all static data set ups and configurations+ Experienced in writing Artifacts like User stories, Functional and Interface documents for Development+ Experience working as a Business Analyst on a Payments Transformation Project in a large multinational Bank.+ Have a reasonable understanding of the overall Payments domain with specific in depth understanding of the core Payments processing functions.+ Be well-versed with the Payments Messages and Process flows associated with different Payment Types.+ Experience being part of implementation of any industry leading Payments Product/ Hub/ or Engine for a banking entity.+ Knowledge of Global Clearing and Settlement systems especially Fedwire, US CHIPS, NACHA+ Knowledge of Typical set of interfaces in Payments ecosystem Internal (Sanctions, Rates etc.) and External (Gateways, Interfaces etc.)+ Experience using UML and other tools TLC tools+ Knowledge of PL/SQL and on Production Reports will be added advantage+ Knowledge of SWIFT innovations and implementation methods**Other Attributes:**+ Good spoken and written communication skills+ Lead and take ownership of initiatives+ Good analytical & problem-solving skills+ Strong team player ability to work in cross-functional teams+ Ready to work as per the Client needs**At Oracle, we dont just value differenceswe celebrate them.
