This role will provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing processes and procedures that meet the requirements of customers in our ONSRs.We are seeking candidates that have experience in process improvement, project management, and writing documents, in a data center environment.Due to the nature of our customers, US Citizenship is required along with an active Top Secret security clearance.**Responsibilities:**This role will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the processes that impact our ONSR facilities and staff by identifying risks and opportunities for improvements. In addition, this role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:+ Ensure the best interest of DCO Global Operations and ONSRs are represented when working with various OCI service and infrastructure teams+ Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues or develop processes+ Gather and provide requirements to OCI service and infrastructure teams+ Develop new processes that are efficient and effective while meeting customer requirements+ Use continuous improvement to identify inefficiencies and reduce costs+ Triage incoming project intake tickets+ Develop draft documentation for new or updated processes+ Ensure processes are in compliance with company and industry standards**Basic Qualifications:**We are seeking a candidate with experience in process improvement and documentation in a fast paced environment. In addition, we seek:+ 5 years of relevant experience or formal degree+ Ability to dive deep while seeing the big picture+ Demonstrated record of handling multiple projects simultaneously+ Demonstrated record of problem solving and analytical capability+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills+ Strong attention to detail+ Ability to take initiative and ownership+ Proactive and results-oriented**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Familiar with cloud technologies+ Experience working with U.S. government agencies+ Familiar with ICD-503 and ICD-705 controls+ Understand data center operations+ Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket)**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role.
