"**Business Analyst - Quote To Order - Services Ordering****Preferred Qualifications**This role reports into the Director, Global Process Owner - Renewals, ACS & Education Ordering in the Global Quote to Order (QTO) Enablement and Systems within Global Finance Operations. The mission of the QTO team is to be delivering successful outcomes for our customers by providing an exceptional ordering experience through continual process and systems improvements whilst maintaining high quality master Customer Data to support Oracle's business. Providing a positive employee experience through continual development whilst empowering our teams to contribute to Oracles transformation.As a Business Analyst main role will be focused on the transition to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Order Management, the successful candidate will be flexible and open to learning various parts of the business, including Education, Renewals and Advanced Customer Services Ordering.The role involves documenting, testing, process documentation and training for the Order to Revenue Fusion implementation. The successful candidate will project manage their specific areas of responsibility ensuring that all required tasks are completed on time, pulling in stakeholder groups for meetings and calls where ever needed.Applicants should have experience working with system enhancements, representing business users and have an ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience in previous business analysis roles driving system enhancements would be highly desirable. Business analyst will need to have an understanding of ERP, specifically Order Management, Fusion apps and experience working with OAL and a diverse user community would be positives.As part of the team, the candidate will work cross functionally with various LOBs, including but not limited to Global Business Practices, OAL, Deal Management, Sales Operations,Global Order Management and Order to Cash. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired.
