Job Description

Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.

Primary Responsibility:

  • Provide IT Technical & End user support services for the entire US AH Commercial Team which includes Field Sales and Tech service personnel.

  • Work closely with FTS to ensure timely hardware delivery and break-fix for the US AH Commercial team.

  • Co-ordinate with Global Service Desk to escalate service requests so issues are resolved in timely manner.

  • Track the service requests and provide feedback to Global Service Desk on improving the quality of IT support.

  • Trouble shooting any IT related issues reported by the US AH Commercial team. Co-ordinate with various teams to resolve the issue at the earliest.

  • Ensure upgrading the hardware as per our Company's standards and ensure the entire field is using the supported hardware. Co-ordinate the upgrades with respective teams.

  • Work with network of team members across IT to ensure the clients get immediate answers and resolutions to their problems.

  • Provide end-to-end computing support for our US AH Commercial Field folks.

  • Work closely with Divisional and Enterprise IT Platform and teams and Global Infrastructure, Risk and Security organizations.

  • Lead the IT Risk Assessment and Privacy assessment for the business and ensure its completion working closely with ITRMS.

  • Lead and implement Global IT and Business projects for the US Commercial team.

  • Collaborating effectively with functional areas, support functions, and business to facilitate project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years experience in Project management or related role preferably in pharmaceutical or animal health.

  • Demonstrate strong business and customer service knowledge, ability to learn quickly and build effective relationships to effectively support the business.

  • Must be able to establish and maintain working relationships within Commercial team and across all the departments within the IT organization.

  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be willing to put the customer first in all scenarios.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Should have the ability to think ahead and anticipate issues or problems that may arise due to global issues and communicate with Commercial folks for any ongoing issues.

  • Must provide IT support services as required, the candidate must have strong training and communication skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and be able to make quick decisions.

  • Serve as single point of contact for US AH Commercial team for any IT related questions.

  • Knowledge of CRM & ERP platforms relevant to commercial operations.

  • Knowledge of trouble shooting laptops/mobile devices a plus.

  • Act as a liaison between IT and business to ensure use of technology and awareness of key IT strategies and initiatives.

Minimum Education Required:

  • B.A./B.S. in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
