Job Description

Technology Business Management (TBM) analyst is responsible for preparation supporting materials for processing Information Technology (IT) financials, contracts details, HW/SW licenses, and IT applications. All the data are processed through the TBM model. This requires having all the input data collected in right formats, transformed where needed, processed and configured through necessary steps so that they can be then consumed by IT leadership at various levels through develop reports and dashboards within the TBM tool.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive designing, development, and implementation of the Technology Business Management (TBM) Model through various modules in Apptio system.

  • Create User Interfaces for end users to review the data through reports and dashboards to gain insights into respective IT costs and metrics.

  • Support the TBMO team with the execution of the strategic initiatives.

  • Help collecting user feedback so that we can turn it into new backlog and deliver on it where necessary.

  • Design and document processes and procedures for use by the TBM Team, users and administrators.

  • Support the team in day-to-day operational activities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience as an Apptio System Administrator and executing custom solution in TBM Studio.

  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure including data centers, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, application development and network/communications.

  • Software Deployment/Development experience, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and parallel running projects in the system.

  • High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Understanding to financial processes in corporate environment including respective terminology.

  • At least bachelors degree in technical or business management type of university.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently.
