For more information, visit www.eaton.com.Eaton is looking for an Analyst IT Infrastructure,located in Vienna, Austria.The primary function of this position is providing support for the client and telecommunications infrastructure within the Vienna site, having an overview of the centralized support for IT applications and systems in order to guarantee timely, reliable and cost-efficient service for employees and customers, assisting in routine work in relation to networks - especially LAN, PCs, servers, telephony and similar systems. The job holder has a detailed technical understanding of the existing systems, he tests and evaluates systems as part of a team and helps with error analysis. He creates documentation and develops procedural instructions together with other team members.The job holder can travel to other locations to represent a colleague in absence, project work and audits as a member of the Site Infrastructure Support (SIS) organization in EMEA.He is also responsible for working with developers and the Project Management Office (PMO) to work on initiatives that are part of the Eaton Business System (EBS).
