Principal Technology Recruiter (remote)
Location: Option to office from a Stryker location, or work 100% remote.
What you will do
Your role as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner is a full life cycle recruitment position responsible for partnering with technology leaders and HR to identify, attract and acquire top technology talent to support Stryker’s organizational needs. W
Recruit
- You use your strength and passion in finding candidates with advanced recruiting tools and techniques to acquire top talent
- You chart the course by defining and executing the best candidate attraction strategies
- You share a compelling career opportunities based on the candidate’s motivation
- You use market data and are a subject matter expert in your assigned function
- You positively promote Stryker’s brand
Advise & Lead
- Listen to and understand the needs of stakeholders
- Provide hiring teams guidance and consultation on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices
- Influence hiring managers with market data that shapes recruitment approach and decision making
- Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment and remove barriers
- Tactfully drive the hiring process
- Accurately manage candidate / requisition lifecycle in ATS for data integrity for reporting
Innovate
- Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies and share best practices
- Participate in projects, embrace change and help improve the overall talent acquisition function
What you need
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of work experience; recruiting experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of recruiting experience
- A mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience
- IT recruiting experience preferred
This job may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States, except that this job may not be filled or performed in Colorado
