AWS CSP Architect

1. Be part of Go-To-Market team and play critical role in sales pursuits and solve for complex client business problems through the power of AWS cloud by designing optimal AWS architectures and techno-commercial proposal and be responsible to deliver.
2. Be responsible for leading large, complex, and strategic AWS cloud transformation work from stages of pre-sales to delivery.
3. Expected to design innovative end- to- end solutions and help explain these solutions to technical and business client contacts.

1. Solution Design: Ability to understand client’s business needs and translating them into scalable, reliable, and cost-effective AWS solutions. This involves creating architectural diagrams, selecting appropriate AWS services, and designing solutions that align with best practices (like high-availability, optimal DR, scalability, high resiliency, and security requirements). Deep understanding of AWS Services including Serverless architecture and business applications like AWS Connect)
2. Large, complex, and end to end migration experience: deep expertise in delivering large scale migration and modernization programs. They should be able to identify specific staffing required for delivering these projects.
3. Security and Compliance: Experience and expertise to incorporate security best practices and ensuring that the AWS solution meets compliance requirements. You are expected to be well-versed in AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) and 3rd party security services essential to design of a secure architecture.
4. Data Migration: Architects need to be proficient in designing data storage, database, and data analytics solutions. This includes choosing between different databases solutions available on AWS (Amazon RDS, DynamoDB, or Redshift etc.), ability to make business cases for getting rid of legacy databases etc. Need experience in Data Base migration projects (like Oracle to PostgreSQL Aurora on AWS, DB2 on prem to DB2 on AWS etc.)
5. AWS funding program: Architects should be hands on with all the AWS funding programs for System Integrators to help accelerate the cloud transformation journeys for the clients.
6. Documentation and Communication: Effective communication and documentation skills are crucial. Architects need to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and create detailed architectural documentation as part of sales cycle as well as project delivery.
7. Collaboration: You will have to work with account teams, client stakeholders, developers, system administrators, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Hence, you are expected to have collaboration skills to work across different organizational cultures and geographies.
8. Continuous Learning: AWS evolves with the introduction of new services and features. Architects must stay updated with the latest AWS developments and best practices to ensure the solutions they design are current and effective. E.g AWS GenAI solutions and certifications.
9. Troubleshooting and Support: In an event of projects go-live scenarios, application architects will need to assist in troubleshooting issues with AWS solutions and provide guidance for issue resolution. It is essential to have deep understanding of how Networking works across hybrid cloud environment of the client.
10. Certifications: Professional AWS certifications are essential to the role.

1. Experience as senior solution architects with AWS
2. AWS GenAI solution experience
3. All 12 AWS Certifications
4. Work experience in Energy and Utilities, Media and Entertainment, or Telecommunication industries.
