Senior Automation Solution Architect (RPA Technologies)

Your Role and Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities

- Play a leadership role in the Process Mining projects to ensure the optimal solution is designed to tackle the clients pain points and process optimization efforts;
- Use technology to:
- Translate clients’ strategic objectives into high-impact use cases;
- Identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with the client;
- Own and drive end-to-end the implementation of technology across various customers;
- Help clients drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered;
- Collaborate directly with senior level executives, process owners and technical teams within each customer to understand their goals, objectives and requirements and translate them into technical requirements;
- Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from project kick-off through training to ensure each project is delivered on time and meets customer requirements;
- Connect platform with the customer’s on-premise/ Cloud ERP & IT systems;
- Extract and transform customers’ data and load them into the a platform;
- Build and customize the Data Model based on client business process;
- Develop KPIs to highlight the use-case specific to processes and client requirements;
- Build the process analysis and findings according to the use-case and develop a process optimization roadmap;
- Lead the value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies;
- Quantify the business and financial potential and present the findings to the IBM management and client stakeholders;
- Identify the “right” automation technologies to be used to optimize the process such as RPA, Workflow, AI and Machine Learning;
- Collaborate with client business and technical leads on automation opportunity identification, solution development and functional design;
- Plan, coordinate, and execute client workshops for the identification, refinement, and prioritization of use cases/processes for automation;
- Assist in the development of business case, price case and associated ROI calculations as part of process improvement and intelligent automation solutions;
- Determine appropriate key performance indicators, metrics, and outcomes associated with automation recommendations;
- Serve as the liaison between sales and delivery upon opportunity closure, including creation and delivery of necessary documentation to illustrate the desired customer state;
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Solid Experience with:
- Consulting background and Solution Sales;
- Client Facing deal solutioning;
- Projects involving Intelligent Automation and AI, including RPA, BPM, Workflow, Business rules, Machine Learning and AI;
- RPA Technologies and technical sales experience with UIPath, BluePrism and Automation Anywhere;
- Process Improvement Technologies and Process Optimization;
- BPM technologies (Technical and Business);
- Document Ingestion;
- Deep knowledge of Process Modeling, Process Mining and Mapping Tools (IBM Blueworks is a plus).
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with Generative AI;
- Experience with IBM BAW, Pega and Appian tools;
- Technical and solutioning experience in Document Injestion tools like Hypervirulence, ABBY, Kofax and Plane AI;
- Experience with Manufacturing Industry or Financial Services.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
