"Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities. Manage online advertising relationship and local social media agencies.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. The Sr Social Media Manager position will report into the Sr Director, Global Digital Marketing for the Cloud Platform/Tech pillar organization. This role will be responsible for developing the social strategy to support Oracles Cloud Infrastructure and Tech product lines, executing social marketing programs or ensuring other social managers do so, generating compelling demand gen copy, initiating new test/pilot program, analyzing and presenting results/insights/recommendations, and sharing lessons learned & best practices with other social and digital marketers. Additional responsibilities may include managing/updating/reporting on certain internal employee social amplification channels.*Preferred Qualifications*Should have a strong mix of creative, analytical, and communication skills. He/She will have a deep understanding of global social media platforms, organic/paid social, measurement, and how to integrate with public relations and other marketing teams. Understanding the sales and marketing funnel and how social media can expand the reach of content, attract visitors to owned web properties, and generate leads is important. Proficiency in demand generation copywriting for social marketing and experience identifying and sourcing content for a global brand preferred. Recent experience using Sprinklr or similar platform is highly preferred along with ability to articulate results in a meaningful way to various audiences.*Roles & Responsibilities:*Develop and execute a social media strategy (external/internal) to drive traffic to website properties and demand generation. Focus will be to support NA handles, but share best practices/strategy with other NA focused team members and regional counterpartsCampaign development to align with sales plays and/or support buzz/launch events to include copywriting and asset recommendations as well as working with creative designers to allow for A/B testing.Work collaboratively across sales, product marketing, creative, PR and field marketing teams to champion social-first ideas and drive execution of global integrated sales campaigns.Develop and provide trainings on social selling best practices within the Cloud Platform/Tech pillar or orgs that align to these product areas.Communicate and share social plans through regularly scheduled meetings, Slack channels, campaign calendar, etc. with Global Demand Gen, NA Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and regions to amplify global audience reach.Supervise and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, to monitor engagement, followers, inquiries, and MQLs. Provide oversight, lead, and be able to generate weekly, monthly, qtrly reporting for all major metrics, revenue tracking.*Qualifications** At least 4-6 years working in social or digital media.* Deadline driven. Highly creative. Takes initiative.* Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.* Experience crafting and executing social media campaigns and copy development.* Deep understanding of social media tools and defining metrics for success. Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional and digital marketing.* Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.* Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.* Exceeds at building and maintaining relationships within and across organizations.* Is a standout colleague with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary (ie. Best practices/social strategy, copy development, content/creative recommendations, and online reputation management).* Marketing degree is welcomed, but not required with relevant work experience.
