"Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. No candidates requiring visa sponsorship will be considered.**Areas of Responsibilities:** *Technical Deal Support*: Our goal is to drive consumption of the Oracle Cloud! We help our partners achieve that from the very first sales presentation through architecture review and growing production customers. As a Solution Architect you will provide architectural guidance and optimization in addition to ongoing support for customer in production.* *Partner Enablement*: Provide technical trainings to partners both in a 1:1 and 1 to many setting on new features and functionality. Training should include education on features as well as processes and best practices.* *Collaboration*. Work with the Alliance Consultant, partner architects and Oracle Cloud Solution Engineering teams on partner led projects. Ability to review and discuss deep technical design considerations and options across a diverse set of groups.* *Subject Matter Expertise*: Be the SME for the partner community on Oracle Cloud solutions by maintaining and developing technical skills around our products. Be able to research and respond to partner technical questions in a timely manner.*Role Expectations:*1. Help develop technical expertise in our partner community1. Establish data driven criteria standards for partners (architectural designs, cloud monitoring, security etc.)2. Collaborate with product and ECA teams on best practices and standards to be shared with Partner Community.2. Architectural best practices and review1. Work with partners to help them develop best practices on how they assess customer requirements and develop architectural designs.2. Regularly review partner cloud designs and provide insights and guidance on optimal designs for the workload.3. Ongoing support of cloud customers1. Regularly meet with partners to review current customers, status and support any upgrades, expansion or feature changes2. Provide escalation support for partners on cloud implementations4. Subject Matter Expertise1. Be proficient in and be perceived as a subject matter in key Oracle Cloud solutions.
