Package Consultant - SAP SD/OTC
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The SAP SD/OTC Functional Consultant will be responsible for coordinating and executing the implementation, integration, testing, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order to Cash (OTC) modules.
This position requires extensive knowledge of SAP SD and OTC business processes, configuration, integration, and testing.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
5+ years experience implementing and supporting SAP SD/OTC
Hands-on experience configuring SAP SD/OTC processes including pricing, billing, shipping, invoicing etc. Strong understanding of order-tocash
business processes
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to occasionally travel to client sites when necessary
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and translate into SAP SD/OTC solution designs
Configure SAP SD/OTC modules based on business process requirements
Develop test scripts and execute integration testing for SD/OTC implementations
Provide functional expertise to development teams during interface builds between SD/OTC and other SAP modules Create and deliver end user
training on new SD/OTC functionality
Troubleshoot issues and bugs related to SD/OTC implementations and recommend solutions Create technical specifications and documentation
related to SD/OTC configurations

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
