Introduction
As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your strategic recommendations will drive change in a digitally-enabled era and give you the opportunity to collaborate with highly talented IBMers. Are you ready?

Your Role and Responsibilities
The candidate will participate in Banking Transformation Consulting projects in the Americas with an emphasis on the extensive use of AI/Gen AI technologies applied to legacy modernization. Design AI/GenAI architecture and implement AI/GenAI solutions for the client legacy banking systems. Create new AI/Gen AI assets for accelerating client modernisation journey. Resolve potential technical and functional blockers for client applying AI/Gen AI. Data storage/management for AI/Gen AI usage.These projects will require travelling across the Americas as usually are delivered on customer locations. Create long-term AI/GenAI vision and user journey of the solutions.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven experience in designing and applying AI/GenAI for legacy banking solutions. Demonstrated expertise in accelerating cloud migration through designing scalable AI/GenAI solutions. Strong analytical skills for managing complex data sets. Experience in team leading to efficiently solve client problems, technical blockers for banking industry. Exceptional ability to foster collaboration within multicultural teams. Ability to track banking processes to identifying inefficiencies. Applied mathematical thinking for valuable business consulting insights. Adept management of technical project, particularly in the banking industry. Demonstrated proficiency in innovative problem-solving approaches in asset creation. High adaptability to client environments.Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related, three years of experience in the Banking Industry and at least one year of experience with applied AI. One year of experience must include utilising Python, Neo4j, SQL, Trello, Confluence, Git ,IBM Cloud, Openshift, Agile and Mural.
Preferred Master degree in Finance, Banking or related area. Languages English and Spanish professional proficiency
