In the UK we work with global organisations in helping them deliver solutions to their most complicated people related projects. We are in excess 250 people in the UK and Ireland supporting HR transformation, organisational change, talent attraction and development projects. We're looking for passionate consultants to join us in our mission and be part of our rapidly growing practice.This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with cross-sector clients on large scale projects. You will be running HR transformation projects including shaping the project activities possibly as part of a clients' internal change programme, broader GBS style projects or even as part of an outsourcing project. The role will require the leading of teams in the delivery of solutions to our clients most complex people related projects.Your role will be to:+ Shaping, architecting, selling and leading the successful delivery of IBM's HR Reinvention Services with a predominant focus on digital and cognitive technologies and the ability to shape thinking on deals (as stand-alone or as part of bigger transformations)+ Have experience of leading of teams (including technical/digital team members) in delivery of projects including shaping and designing the cognitive solutions, AI, Robotics to deliver improved HR services to end users.+ Creating and supporting the development of new innovative HR Cognitive offerings to support our Talent and Transformation growth agenda.+ Contributing to the broader growth of our Talent & Transformation consulting practice.+ Increasing market recognition and eminence both internally and externally through existing networks and relationships you have.+ Driving increased revenue for our Talent & Transformation services across IBM's target sectors.+ Architecting solutions that include AI, Robotics, Chat-bots, Cognitive solutions as well as knowledge of cloud-based HR technologies combined with organisation, process and people transformation (eg. Oracle, Workday, and SuccessFactors)+ Shaping the commercial proposition of the HR transformation deals.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ Deep experience in the design, development, delivery and project management of the technical components of an HR operating model and transformation project.+ Demonstrable experience in analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills+ A successful track record of shaping, winning and developing new business and selling including proposal writing and bid presentations+ Experience of working to and achieving financial targets (related to winning and delivering client business)+ Client relationship management experience up to and including C-suite level relationships+ Strong written and communication skills+ Market eminence through the development of thought leadership papers, points of view documents and active social media presence.+ Strong team building and delivery skills+ Successful candidates may have worked in organisations similar to IBM+ Cross-sector expertise and knowledge.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Professional qualification in HR or similar+ Designing, building and implementing AI, Cognitive tools, Robotics within the HR lifecycle+ HCM Cloud Technology experience that could include: Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion or other cloud based HCM technologies would be usefulAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
