Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. This is completed ensuring high quality solutions are delivered within the constraints of time and budget.Business analysis and solution design skills will ensure our OHI product solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and through sound business acumen.Prior OHI experience (functional and/or technical) is an advantage. The ability to travel is a requirement, to be with our customers onsite during the implementation project is essential and can be aligned / agreed upon for the duration of the project period. Our projects can be anywhere worldwide, this requisition is in first instance for our extending market in the United States.Preferred Requirements:Min. 7 years of work experience, in the US Health Insurance domain, in a business analysis, consulting or business support role capacity.
