Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations and/or demonstrations using benchmarks; creating a persuasive point of view to educate clients thus closing the gap between the opportunity and the sale.As a CX Senior Sales Consultant you will be the expert responsible for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Our team leverages expertise and knowledge from all our team members; this role provides you the ability to act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants based on the value you bring to the team.Strong focus on building both internal and external business relationships. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. The successful candidate will have Oracle CX experience or competitive experience (Marketo acquired by Adobe, HubSpot acquired PieSync, Pardot acquired by Salesforce, Keap, Silverpop Systems acquired by IBM, SharpSpring GraphicMail, SMTP, ActiveCampaign, Leadpages, Act-On, Wishpond, Hatchbuck, Adobe, Salesforce, IBM Watson Marketing) etc.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in Customer Experience. 5 10 years of technical sales, presales, and/or solution engineering/consulting experience.5 10 year business experience with relevant information technology, B2B marketing, cloud-based applications, telecommunications and/or 5G wireless technologies.Must possess the ability to discover, design and develop solutions with complex/advanced product features.Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS competition, as well as current events related to the Financial Services and Insurance Industry. Demonstrated project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication.Ability to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time).
