Opportunity to work as the Operate Center of Excellence (COE) and Technology Preferred Provider (TPP) Consultant in conjunction with Operate and TPP leadership.

About Operate & TPP

The role reports into the Operate Center of Excellence (CoE), which drives Deloitte's overall Operate and TPP strategy. Operate is a critical growth driver for Deloitte and the Operate CoE is responsible for managing the overall Operate portfolio across US Commercial Consulting.

TPP allows us to access client's technology spend through an exclusive procurement-driven relationship framework. Over the first two years of the TPP program, the TPP PMO has stood up a strong set of initial capabilities impacting almost all aspects of our practice (talent, legal, risk, pricing, resource management, sales, etc.). The Operate COE and TPP team is seeking a full-time Consultant to help grow the TPP program and support overall strategic growth of Operate across Consulting.

Work You'll Do

The Operate CoE/TPP Consultant is an integral part of the team driving strategic priorities in conjunction with program leadership. This role will gain visibility to both the Operate team and TPP team.

TPP:

The consultant will be a critical member of the TPP team and will be responsible for leading a variety of strategic initiatives at the Program-level, and partnering with high-priority accounts to reimagine their launch operations, and expand their footprint by leveraging their new status as a preferred provider! Executing this role will require frequent coordination and communication with leaders across Consulting and occasionally other businesses, including the Offering Portfolio leadership team, LCPs, Operate leadership and various stakeholders in the Enabling functions.

Operate :

In addition to supporting TPP accounts, the consultant will work directly with Operate CoE leadership to support various strategic initiatives for Operate, including communications material for executive audiences, supporting sales and marketing strategic projects, and supporting ad hoc strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Support executive messaging and material creation for key meetings and workshops
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives such as analyst engagement and market messaging refresh
  • Pilot the development and enhancement of key artifacts, tools and assets required to help new accounts on-board and operationalize
  • Examine key trends, pain points, obstacles to expansion, etc. and develop remediation recommendations at the account and/or portfolio level
  • Manage meetings with TPP accounts to discuss open roles, prepare the open roles tracker and drive the meeting discussion to ensure alignment across all sourcing calls.
  • Assist Accounts with maintaining and sending out spreadsheets and meeting notes until they are stood up to do it on their own, ensuring the Excel tracker, which feeds into all of the metrics, is up to date and aligned across all accounts.
  • Maintain records of open roles, manually collect & manipulate data for report creation.
  • Reconcile files between multiple Firm Systems (STAFFIT PDM Demand Report, CWS Reports, PDM Recruiting reports, day to day status update emails, Account Spreadsheet, Sourcing Cell calls, etc.) are aligned to the main Excel tracker.
  • Work with the Accounts to ensure they fill out the necessary forms to open the roles externally and ensure that roles are opened internally to route to the correct Point of Contact. Reach out and follow up with Accounts to resolve discrepancies.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years client service experience. Consultant level preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience meeting deadlines with quality analysis deliverables

Preferred Qualifications
  • Power BI or other analytics tools experience a plus
  • Experience interacting and interfacing with all levels within the firm, including leadership
  • Experience successfully operating in an unstructured environment
  • Experience coordinating across many constituents
  • Experience developing and executing engagement, communication and/or change management strategies
  • Team player with a "customer focused" mentality
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage resources across multiple work threads
  • Ability to dive into detail when needed
  • Willingness to travel 10%
