This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to support our growth of customers and partners as we launch and grow the next generation of products on the HCM SaaS platform. As a member of the HCM Center of Excellence team, you will translate your HCM industry, product, technology, customer experience, and passion for excellence into providing best practice and robust solutions to guarantee customer success.*Responsibilities** As a product expert, directly advise customers and partners on key aspects of optimal configuration during implementation and stabilization* Provide guidance to implementation partner subject matter experts so their configurations and implementations optimally meet customer business needs* Develop and maintain strong relationships and communication within the Product Development teams* Work with Development to document or improve configuration ease* Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction and stability throughout the implementation and through the first several months post-live* Develop broad knowledge of the Fusion Cloud HCM products, along with a deep specialization in Time, Absence, and US/Canada Payroll* Conduct regular milestone checkpoint reviews and produce an assessment and recommendations report* Publish best practice material including whitepapers, how-tos, best-in-class case studies of product usage by customers* Promote Time and Absence best practices in field usage throughout the organization and to customers*Requirements ** 5 years of functional and technical leadership experience in recent enterprise-level HCM Time & Absence (typically with Payroll) implementations, particularly with Oracle Cloud HCM, E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft* 3 or more years of direct functional and technical Time & Absence implementation experience with consulting and customer background* 5 or more years of experience working directly with software engineering* 3 or more years working with top-tier partners / system implementers* Demonstrated experience in payroll implementation, element configuration, fast formula creations, and SQL skills* Strong proven customer relationship skills* Understanding of Oracles cloud strategy* Demonstrated ability to develop successful solutions for customers* A creative and agile problem-solver* Self-starting track record of success and credibility* Ability to communicate effectively to all levels internally and externally* Willingness to travel up to 50%* Bachelors degree or equivalent required, Masters preferred* Fluent English, both written and oral**Job:** **Product Development***Organization:** **Oracle***Title:** *Senior Cloud Time and Absence Product Specialist***Location:** *United States***Requisition ID:** *210006D0*"
